Sorgenteinfiore

Installed in an ancient private botanical garden, Sorgente in fiore takes shape in a place perceived as auspicious, evoking blossoming as a symbol of generosity and fertility. The work imagines a spring once surrounded by amphorae: today those vessels metamorphose into flowers, and the container becomes what it might contain, allowing relic and growth to coexist. Composed of 25 glazed ceramic elements on a stoneware base, it appears as a colourful flowerbed that can also “bloom” through jets and vital liquids, thanks to the underlying water system.
